Nathan Kaiser

Nathan Kaiser brings more than two decades of international legal experience to his cross-border corporate and technology practice. Admitted to the bar in Switzerland, Nathan spent 20 years operating in major Asian business hubs—including Taipei, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing—where he co-founded a firm with offices in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Taipei, advising international corporations on cross-border and market entry, corporate and M&A, commercial trade, and intellectual property strategy. 

Parallel to his corporate practice, Nathan has deep roots in technology, policy, and digitalization. He later served as General Counsel for SIX Digital Exchange in Zurich, following high-profile executive and board roles within the blockchain ecosystem. He is was an affiliate of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University for four years, and has lectured at the University of St. Gallen as well as the University of Zürich.
