Loren Menaged is a Law Clerk at Bochner PLLC and a third-year law student at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
Since joining the firm in May 2024, she has supported matters involving trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand protection strategy. Loren also assists the firm’s litigation practice with civil and commercial litigation, including trademark infringement and breach-of-contract disputes.
Loren brings a distinct focus on the intersection of fashion, business, and law. This focus is strengthened by her practical experience, including a summer externship at Chanel, Inc., where she supported the legal team on commercial, privacy, and real estate matters. She is also an incoming Spring 2026 legal extern for Louis Vuitton Americas.
At Cardozo, Loren serves as the President of the Fashion Law Society and is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Fashion Law Committee.
