Jonathan focuses his practice on corporate and health care transactional, compliance, and regulatory matters.

Jonathan advises investors in health care businesses on compliance with the corporate practice of medicine (CPOM), licensure and other regulatory requirements, including strategies for structuring such businesses and operations in a compliant manner.

Jonathan provides counsel and advice on an array of corporate and regulatory issues that affect health care practitioners such as mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting various transactional contracts related to professional and management services, employment and independent contractor services, equipment and space leases, and marketing and sales agreements.

Jonathan prepares legal analyses and offers counsel on matters involving anti-kickback laws, physician self-referral laws “Stark Laws”, and the False Claims Act.

Furthermore, Jonathan advises clients and provides assistance with representation and negotiation during the full life-cycle of a transaction.
