Jeremy Doberman brings to bear his wide and varied litigation experience to assist his clients in reaching creative and effective real-world solutions to their legal needs. Litigating actively in state and federal courts, Jeremy concentrates his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and general litigation. He has represented clients in trial and appellate courts, with dozens of reported case decisions bearing his name.
Jeremy brings with him a diverse range of work experience in areas of law ranging from contract disputes, creditors’ rights, arbitration, personal injury, property, RICO, civil rights, and insurance defense. He is known as a passionate and effective advocate for his clients.
Jeremy earned his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2013, where he focused his studies on business-related legal subjects. Prior to obtaining his JD, he served as a research assistant at the University of Maryland Center for Health and Homeland Security, where he worked on issues related to financial market reform, and as a legislative intern in a United States Congressional office. Jeremy studied political science and history extensively at the University of Maryland, College Park, from which he graduated with a B.A. in Government and Politics. In his spare time, Mr. Doberman has drafted constitutions for his synagogue and fantasy football league, two of his passions.
