Daniel Ash is a commercial litigator specializing in complex business, securities, and real estate disputes across state and federal courts. Recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, Daniel leverages a diverse background in New York legislative work and trial advocacy to deliver strategic results for clients.

Daniel Ash focuses his practice on complex commercial, securities, and real estate litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state court and arbitration in a broad range of matters, including securities, breach of fiduciary duty, contract, fraud, legal malpractice, and Major League Baseball Players Association arbitrations. 

Mr. Ash graduated summa cum laude from Queens College and Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the Federal Litigation Clinic, where he represented clients in both civil and criminal matters, for which he received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award at graduation. Mr. Ash also served as an Associate Editor for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team. 

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ash worked as a Legislative Assistant for the New York State Assembly and as a Head Varsity Football Coach. 

Mr. Ash has been selected by his peers for the sixth edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for his expertise in commercial litigation.
